This story completely tugged at my heart.
As an ER nurse, Dana’s exhaustion and the weight she carried resonated with me. Two Lives With You is more than a story about a marriage at a crossroads. It is about the dreams we put aside, the sacrifices we make, and the people we choose to love through every season of life.
Dana and Nigel are given the chance to see what their lives might have looked like if they had never married. Watching them rediscover themselves and each other in an alternate reality was emotional, bittersweet, and unexpectedly romantic.
This book made me reflect on how easy it is to focus on what could have been instead of appreciating what is right in front of us. Love is not just found in grand gestures. It is found in choosing each other again and again, even when life becomes messy and complicated.
I closed this book with a full heart and a renewed appreciation for the life I have built with my own HEA.
