Sasha Cruz is an award-winning casting agent that finds her clients the perfect person to fit the role. Sasha has not been able to find the perfect love match for herself, but that changes on a flight to Paris. Seated next her in first class, is a mysterious, debonaire Italian man in seat F. After six hours of sharing undeniable chemistry, they deplane only to lose contact amongst the airport crowd before exchanging personal information.
Tossing aside a self-imposed dating sabbatical, Sasha decides to find Seat F at all costs! After a disastrous attempt to find him herself, Sasha resurrects a relationship from her past. Handsome private investigator, Wesley Dane, had not seen Sasha in five years, but that was not long enough to forget the impression she left. Sasha and Wes collaborate to find Seat F, unintentionally bringing them closer than either of them was prepared for. Love is spontaneous, unpredictable, and full of missed connections!
Through the entirety of this novel, I kept picturing the great streaming series The Missed Connection was going to make. I loved the tangled triad between Sasha, Wes, and Seat F. I could not wait to see what was going to happen next! Sasha’s hilariously creative search for lost love leads to discovering humility, connection, and vulnerability. The cast was full of supportive, positive people wanting the best for each other. I really appreciated the absence of mean-spirited characters. Author, Tia Williams, consistently exercises her talent for creating exhilarating characters and uplifting conclusions! Contemporary romance fans of Abby Jimenez and Denise Williams will be delighted with The Missed Connection!
