The new system does not work. I paid a yearly membership in November and never received whatever I was supposed to get for joining. I keep clicking on link to register but nothing seems to allow me to register. It just seems to ask me if I want to start a new chapter or join. I don’t want to do either. I have already joined paying $55 last fall
