Want to discuss great books with like-minded friends in Halifax?
The concept is simple. We’re a global book club for likeminded individuals to discuss great books! All members of the book club read the same book over the same period; members then meet up in their respective cities at the end of each month to discuss the book and exchange views.

Grab your seat!Someday, Maybe by Onyi Nwabineli
A stunning and witty debut novel about a young woman’s emotional journey through unimaginable loss, pulled along by her tight-knit Nigerian family, a posse of new friends, and the love and laughter she shared with her husband. Onyi Nwabineli is a fresh new voice for fans of Yaa Gyasi, Queenie and I May Destroy You.
Here are three things you should know about my husband:
1. He was the great love of my life despite his penchant for going incommunicado.
2. He was, as far as I and everyone else could tell, perfectly happy. Which is significant because…
3. On New Year’s Eve, he committed suicide.
And here is one thing you should know about me:
1. I found him.
Bonus fact: No. I am not okay.

Hi, I go to the book club regularly. Click on Books+ in the top to see what we’re reading for the new few months. You can either 1) pay for a yearly membership, which I believe is 60 plus ta, or 2) you can pay 5 dollars a month (pay as you go). Some people like to pay as you go for a few months to try the club. Once you’ve paid, you have booked your seat at the restaurant where we meet. I hope this helps.
