Hello! My name is Rachel and I live and work in Nottingham, reading as much as I can in my spare time.

Reading is my personal form of self care and escapism, especially when life gets busy and overwhelming. My work is spent in front of a computer so I find that it really helps me to decompress after a busy day.

I’ll pretty much read anything but my favourite is fiction, whether that’s a thriller, historical fiction or a chick lit.

I wanted to become a host for The Gloss because I felt that Nottingham was missing a book club. I also love meeting new people and making new connections with like-minded women, whilst having a giggle and a glass of wine, talking about a good book! I hope to see you soon!
