Few things are more satisfying than ranting/raving about a new book with friends over food and drinks. I’m a passionate reader who makes bookish content on social media and currently participates in several online book clubs. In 2021, during the pandemic, I was feeling exceptionally isolated. That’s when I found The Gloss Book Club – I was excited to meet new people and be part of something bigger – and I’ve been an active member of the Orlando chapter since then. When an opportunity arose to host I jumped on it! Discussing what we’ve read helps us exchange ideas and potentially shift rigid mindsets. There are so many unique worlds and perspectives to explore in books. I hope you’ll join me in discovering them.
