Book review

I kept seeing this book everywhere, so I figured I needed to find out what all the hype was about. The premise is so good, I was hooked from page one. Seth – a seemingly normal, nice guy – has three wives. Story goes that to his utter dismay the first one ends up not wanting kids, so he found another (as you do!) But when tragedy hits, he’s on to the next. The story is told from the perspective of wife number two, who is all sorts of complicated. Jealous, angry, confused, and suspicious of a husband that disappears for most of the week as he splits his time between the three of them. She thought she could leave it all alone, but turns out she needs to know about the other women and what she learns will keep you up late into the night. It’s storytelling magic! I’ve not read anything else by this author, but was excited to see she released a three-book series with Colleen Hoover; blending the best of psychological thriller with Hoover’s knack for unputdownable romance!

Brilliant books, meaningful conversations.

We start the conversation around books, but it always leads to something deeper: real connection, meaningful friendships, and a place where everyone belongs.
