Thoughts: A huge thank you to @theglossbookclub for the physical copy! What an absolutely delightful ride that was! This was described as being perfect for fans of Lovelight and The Pumpkin Spice Cafe, both of which I loved, plus that cover is 10/10, so I went all in! Ellie is returning home after a terrible breakup and having been let go from her job where she was crushing it. Her mom calls and says they need her help with their fall festival, which is perfect, as Ellie is an event planner. She arrives at the Orchard Inn to discover she’s sharing an apartment with her childhood friend and that he is also in charge of the festival. Plenty of fall vibes, small town fun, and flirting.
