In the merciless world of reality TV, three women try to change their lives, but end up with far more than they bargained for. Our cast of players include Zoe, the producer of a new reality show who will do anything to make a “storyline” good for the viewers. Dahlia is using the show for her chance to have a career outside her famous NFL husband. Sabrina whose nickname is “The Countess of Controversy” once had it all but when it all comes crashing down, her cousin Budgie convinces her to join the show. Who makes it out alive?? and what storyline is actually real?? It’s almost like a thriller! Kara is no stranger to reality television, having appeared in The Real Housewives of Toronto in 2017 so she writes with experience and shows a great insight to how these shows are filmed and produced. It’s no secret that these shows are somewhat scripted but the lengths these producers go to get a storyline, they are just as bad as the paparazzi following around the Royal Family or Britney Spears. I enjoyed reading this train wreck while it was playing out on my pages and I loved the sections of Zoe; it really showcased the “makings” of TV and what happens behind the scenes. You can’t always think what you are watching is the true story!
