Book review

Another book in a series: book four this time. Who doesn’t love a small town story – and a cowboy, can’t forget the cowboy! Tessa Stafford is on the run from her overbearing mother. She needs to keep her daughter, Isabelle, a safe distance so when her car literally breaks down in Painted Pony Creek, something clicks – this could be it! The place they will be safe and she starts to build a life with the help from the community who offer them food, shelter, and even a job. Enter the cowboy: Jesse McKettrick is smitten from the first visit not only with Tessa, but also Isabelle. He’s hoping this could be the family he’s so desperately wanted, but Tessa seems to have build a fortress around her. Can he break down the wall and will she stay long enough to build a future together? Hopefully Christmas will bring them all together. A beautiful story that you’ll enjoy and anticipate the coming holidays. Buy the book! Amazon Canada Amazon US
