Long Island: Nassau County

The concept is simple. We’re a global book club for likeminded readers to discuss great books! All members of the book club read the same book over the same period; members then meet up in their respective cities at the end of each month to discuss the book and exchange views.

About Your Host

Welcome to the Long Island Nassau County chapter of the Gloss Book Club. I am so excited to be your host and look forward to many lively discussions and meeting other passionate readers. I am a retired Federal government employee, with 2 grown children, and now a professional pet sitter. I enjoy reading a variety of genres. My favorites are historical fiction and psychological fiction. I joined the Gloss Book Club in early 2024 and have been a fan ever since. I decided I wanted to host my own chapter to reach out to the many passionate Nassau County readers as the current Long Island chapter meets in eastern Suffolk County. I so look forward to making new connections through our reading journeys!
