The Halifax chapter of The Gloss is a close-knit and well-established group of brilliant book lovers. Many of our members are high-volume readers who are more than happy to share recommendations on what you should read next, depending on your mood. Our meetings are very well attended and never dull – spirited discussions should be expected. We meet to eat, drink, and be merry with each other, and we don’t judge if someone doesn’t finish (or doesn’t like) the book of the month; all opinions are welcome! The books will get you in the door, but the people will keep you coming back.
