Rita Gupta has spent more than two decades bringing people together for conversations that matter. A Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF®), she has a gift for creating spaces where everyone feels welcome, every voice is heard, and a good discussion can go somewhere deeper than expected.
Since December 2023, Rita has hosted the virtual ET book club for The Gloss Book Club, where readers from different cities and time zones gather to share their reactions, compare perspectives, and discover what a story stirred up in each of them. She loves the moment when one person’s insight opens up a whole new way of seeing a book, and when a group of near-strangers starts to feel like old friends.
Known among her colleagues as a Zoom expert, Rita makes sure the virtual experience feels easy and personal, so members can focus on the book and each other rather than the technology. She also hosts the virtual ET book club for The Gloss Business Edit, and she brings the same curiosity, warmth, and care to every conversation she leads.
When she’s not hosting, Rita is usually reading her way toward the next great discussion.
