The girls were awful to Poppy ten years ago so when they received invitations to an all-expenses-paid trip to the Bahamas to celebrate Poppy’s wedding, it’s easy to see why they were perplexed. Little did they know, this trip wasn’t all about rekindling lost friendships. It’s a deeply planned revenge plot and some of them may end up paying with their lives.

For fans of Mean Girls, this book is delightfully catty, endlessly twisty, and completely shocking! The story is told from the points of view of each girl and flashbacks of the past using Poppy’s diary. There are so many secrets and at first, the reader doesn’t know what they are. As the story progresses, we learn what the ladies are keeping from each other as they do which definitely adds to the suspense! The ending literally made my jaw drop and I couldn’t finish this one fast enough! There are so many discussion worthy plot points and this is definitely the perfect summer thriller for your book club!
